About Us
Why Functional Medicine Matters
Our Clinical Philosophy
Valley Vital Medicine applies a root-cause, systems-based approach to health, focusing on how different body systems interact rather than isolated symptoms.
We use precise diagnostics to inform treatment decisions, ensuring care is based on data rather than assumptions or guesswork.
Personalized protocols combine multiple therapies such as IV treatments, peptides, ozone, and hormone support, all integrated into a cohesive care plan tailored to each individual.
How We Support Your Health
Your health isn’t one-dimensional, and your care shouldn’t be either. We combine advanced diagnostics with targeted therapies to uncover what’s really going on and help your body function at its best.
Diagnostics & Testing
Advanced assessments identify underlying health factors to inform targeted treatment plans.
Regenerative & Cellular Therapies
Therapies aimed at restoring cellular function and promoting tissue repair for long-term wellness.
Nervous System & Recovery Therapies
Interventions designed to support nervous system balance and enhance physical recovery processes.
Hormone & Metabolic Optimization
Personalized approaches to balance hormones and improve metabolic function for overall vitality.

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I am passionate about helping women feel confident, energized, and empowered through every stage of life — from the childbearing and postpartum years to perimenopause and post menopause.
I have a special interest in helping women navigate hormonal and wellness concerns across all stages of life, including menstrual irregularities, postpartum changes, fatigue, weight gain, low libido, decreased motivation or passion, pain with intercourse, and symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause. I understand how frustrating it can feel when you no longer feel like yourself, and I am committed to identifying the root cause of symptoms and creating individualized care plans tailored to your personal health goals.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent nearly 8 years working as a labor and delivery nurse, where I developed a deep appreciation for women’s health and the importance of compassionate, individualized care. Those years at the bedside strengthened my desire to build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients while helping them optimize their health and improve their overall quality of life.
Originally from Harvey, ND, I grew up in a small, supportive community that taught me the importance of connection, compassion, and giving back. That sense of community continues to shape who I am today, both personally and professionally. As a wife and mother of two young children, I understand the demands women face while trying to balance their health, family, and daily responsibilities.
